الفِعْلُ Complete Verb E.G Incomplete Beginning Verbal Sentence

Text The beginning of the verbal sentence is one of the following:
  • الفِعْلُ التَّامُّ (a complete verb), e.g., طَلَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ (The sun rose)*
  • الفِعْلُ النَّاقِصُ (an incomplete verb), e.g., كان الجَو بارداً (The weather was cold)**
