Text Compare both:
  • المُدَرِّسُ عِنْدَ المُدِيرِ , means that the teacher has gone to the headmaster's office, and he is with him there
  • المُدَرِّسُ مَعَ المُدِيرِ , means that the teacher can be with the headmaster anywhere
