The following are the conditions for the use of لامُ تلقِّي القسمِ AND نون التوكيد in جواب القسم:

the verb should be affirmative*, e.g., واللهِ لأَحْفظنَّ القرآنَ الكريمَ
the verb should be in future tense**, e.g., واللهِ لأساعِدَنَّهُ (By Allah, I will help him)
the (lam) should be attached to the verb***, e.g., واللهِ لأَذْهَبَنَّ إلى مَكّةَ (By Allah, I will go to Makkah)

Accepted Answer

* Neither the (lam) nor the (nun) is used with a negative verb- - -** If it is present only the (lam) is used, not the (nun)- - -*** If it is attached to a word other than the verb, the (nun) cannot be used.
