Arbiter N Person Power Decide Dispute Judge Labor

Arbiter is a person with power to decide a dispute, a judge. She skillfully arbitrates labor disputes, balancing demands and handing down accepted rulings. However, she is a poor arbiter of style, wearing unflattering outfits.

Arbitre est une personne ayant le pouvoir de décider d'un différend, un juge.
