Benadad Kings īvit Igitur Hazaël Occursum Ejus Habēns

Latin Īvit igitur Hazaël in occursum ejus, habēns sēcum mūnera, et omnia bona Damascī, onera quadrāgintā camēlōrum. Cumque stetisset cōram eō, ait: Fīlius tuus Benadad rēx Syriæ mīsit mē ad tē, dīcēns: Sī sānārī poterō dē īnfirmitāte meā hāc?

English And Hazael went to meet him, taking with him presents, and all the good things of Damascus, the burdens of forty camels. And when he stood before him, he said: Thy son Benadad the king of Syria hath sent me to thee, saying: Can I recover of this my illness?
