Latin Respondēnsque Ēlias, dīxit quīnquāgēnāriō: Sī homō Deī sum, dēscendat ignis dē cælō, et dēvoret tē, et quīnquāgintā tuōs. Dēscendit itaque ignis dē cælō, et dēvorāvit eum, et quīnquāgintā quī erant cum eō.
