Examples | - She made an angry face when I told her she couldn't go to the disco. - I didn't want to upset her, but the smell was so bad in the room that I couldn't help making a face. |
Note | An alternative is: to pull a face. The expression is normally used only when the face-puller wants to show annoyance or disgust. |
