Examples | - I just saw Michael Jackson at the bus stop. - Pull the other one! - When she said that she'd won the lottery, I told her to pull the other one. She's always trying to take me for a ride. |
Note | This is based on the idiom to pull someone's leg = to try and trick them or play a joke on them. (The idiom in the second example sentence above, to take someone for a ride, has the same meaning.) |
