Front ARTICLE 354 REQUIREMENT FOR PUBLICITY

The defamatory imputation is true, in case the law allows proof of the truth of the imputation (see Art. 361); REQUISITES
Back 1. That the person who made the communication had a legal, moral or social duty to make the communication, or, at least, he had an interest to be upheld;

2. That the communication is addressed to an officer or a board, or superior, having some interest or duty in the matter;

3. That the statements in the communication are made in good faith.
