Front ARTICLE 280. QUALIFIED TRESPASS TO DWELLING

ELEMENTS
Back 1. That the offender is a private person;

2. That he enters the dwelling of another;

3. That such entrance is against the latter’s will.

Rule: Whoever enters the dwelling of another at late hour of the night after the inmates have retired and closed their doors does so against their will. Prohibition in this case is presumed.
