Brothers Verb Gramatically Correct Improve Sound Father Sell

Front even though this is gramatically correct, how might you improve the sound:

Neither my brothers nor my father is going to sell the house
Back switch the places of "my father" with "my brothers" so that my brothers is closer to the verb and the verb must become are going

that is, force the plural
