comment We use the Passive Causative to talk about services that will be done or were done for us by someone else. We form the Passive Causative with the help of two structures: [have / get + something + past participle]. According to grammar it would be correct to use answer 3, but in everyday language it's mostly common to use the Passive Causative form. Then, answer 1 has another meaning. Compare: I had it done - someone did it for me / I had done it - I did it myself.
