OFFICE WORK
I work as a secretary for a large firm of accountants. The company employs over 50 members of staff. I work in an open-plan office so I share a large room with my colleagues. On my desk I have a PC, printer and a fax machine. My duties include typing letters and emails for my boss, filing, answering the phone and doing the photocopying. I go to meetings and take the minutes. I am also responsible for ordering stationery. I work nine to five and have twenty days' holiday a year.
