I was a very poor student because the subject matter bored me.  And if I was forced to become great on understanding the great artists of the 20th century, I’m in big trouble.  And so I would tell people to bet on their strengths.  You need to bet on your strengths and don’t give a fuck about what you suck at, and to put themselves in a position to win with their strengths because that is absolutely the straightest line to success.

Greatness comes from adversity and looking the challenge in the eye, and having the intestinal fortitude to kind of to step up and go after it.

Eu era um aluno muito pobre porque o assunto da matéria me entediava. E se eu fosse forçado a me tornar bom em entender os grandes artistas do século 20, eu estou em um grande problema. Então, eu diria as pessoas para apostar em seus pontos fortes. Você precisa apostar no seu forte e não dar a mínima para o que você não é bom, e que elas se coloquem em uma posição para vencer com as suas forças, porque essa é absolutamente a linha mais reta para o sucesso.

Grandeza vem da adversidade e de olhar o desafio nos olhos, e ter intestino forte para meio que se levantar e perseguir o objetivo.
