Amount Landgable Basic Money Paid Piece Land Located

Back This was the basic amount of money paid for a piece of land located in the towns. This fee would be payable regardless of whether a house was built on the land. The number of buildings in the town determined this amount and not how the houses were used. This payment was also known as hawgable.
