The phrase "to make (one's) blood boil" means to make someone very angry: "Every time he sees someone drive dangerously, it makes his blood boil." Finally, the phrase "blood, sweat, and tears" is used to talk about something that is very difficult to do and requires a lot of hard work: "It took a lot of blood, sweat, and tears, but they finally finished building their own home."
