When talking about cosmetics, a "facial scrub" or a "body scrub" is a product that cleans the skin while removing dirt and dead skin cells: "This facial scrub is supposed to make you look 10 years younger." Finally, "scrubs" are the loose clothing worn by medical professionals: "The pediatrician often wears scrubs with cartoon characters that her young patients like." |
