Candida vulvovaginitis causes inflammation with a thick, white, cottage-cheese-like discharge. Wet mount shows hyphae and the pH is normal. Treatment is with clotrimazole cream.
A candidíase vulvovaginal causa inflamação com corrimento espesso, branco e semelhante a queijo cottage. O exame a fresco mostra hifas e o pH é normal. O tratamento é com creme de clotrimazol.
