Reverse Transcriptase Synthesizes Genomic Host Genome Dsdna Hiv

The pol gene of HIV encodes reverse transcriptase, aspartate protease, and integrase. Reverse transcriptase synthesizes dsDNA from genomic RNA, and integrase integrates this dsDNA into the host genome.
