Aminoglycosides Moa Inhibit Formation Initiation Complex Binding 30s

Aminoglycosides inhibit initiation complex formation by binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit, causing mRNA misreading, and are used to treat aerobic gram-negative rods.

Aminoglykosidit estävät initiaatiokompleksin muodostumista sitoutumalla 30S-ribosomiyksikköön ja aiheuttavat mRNA:n virheenlukua; niitä käytetään aerobisten gram-negatiivisten sauvojen hoitoon.
