Amphotericin B Moa Side Effects Systemic Mycoses Histoplasmosis

Amphotericin B is an antifungal that binds to ergosterol, forming pores and causing fluid leakage; it's used for systemic mycoses (Histoplasmosis, Blastomycosis, Coccidioidomycosis, Paracoccidioidomycosis) and opportunistic fungal infections (Cryptococcal Meningitis, Candida, Mucor), with side effects including fever, chills, and IV phlebitis.

Amfoterisin B, ergosterol'e bağlanarak gözenekler oluşturan ve sıvı sızıntısına yol açan bir antifungaldır; sistemik mikozlar (Histoplasmosis, Blastomycosis, Coccidioidomycosis, Paracoccidioidomycosis) ve fırsatçı mantar enfeksiyonlarının (Kriptokokal Menenjit, Candida, Mukor) tedavisinde kullanılır, yan etkileri ateş, titreme ve IV flebittir.
