Bartonella Pathophysiology Pts Identify Lesion Causative Organism Bacillary

The image shows lesions characteristic of Bacillary Angiomatosis, a vascular skin proliferation caused by Bartonella henselae or B. quintana, often seen in immunocompromised individuals and is the second most common cause of angiomatous skin lesions in HIV patients.
