Mechanism Resistance Isoniazid Non Expression Catalase Peroxidase Enzyme  Genetic Modification

Resistance to Isoniazid occurs due to genetic modification of the binding site on the mycolic acid synthesis enzyme or the non-expression of the catalase-peroxidase enzyme.

İsoniazid direnci, miykolik asit sentez enzimi üzerindeki bağlayıcı bölgenin genetik modifikasyonu veya katalaz-peroksidaz enziminin ifade edilmemesinden kaynaklanır.
