Patient Presenting Classic Symptoms  Fever Sore Throat Anterior

Symptoms of fever, sore throat, anterior cervical lymphadenopathy, and lack of cough indicate streptococcal pharyngitis (strep throat), caused by Streptococcus pyogenes (catalase-negative, ß-hemolytic, bacitracin-sensitive).
