Spectrum Generation Broad Narrow Cephalosporins St Spectrum 

Cephalosporins exhibit a spectrum of activity that is narrow for the first two generations and broad for the third, fourth, and fifth generations.

Cephalosporins have the following spectrum of use: 1st and 2nd generation have a narrow spectrum, while 3rd, 4th, and 5th generation have a broad spectrum.
