Back | Internal dialogue refers to a person's inner voice that occurs while a person is awake. The conversation usually reflects both a person's unconscious and conscious beliefs and thoughts. It's hard to turn my internal dialogue off from that character I become. Talking about it, both in an internal dialogue and with others, helps in that process. |
