En resolución, le dije que no me aventuraba a decírselo a mi padre, así por aquel inconveniente como por otros muchos que me acobardaban, sin saber cuáles eran, sino que me parecía que lo que yo desease jamás había de tener efeto. »A todo esto me respondió don Fernando que él se encargaba de hablar a mi padre y hacer con él que hablase al de Luscinda.
