| Notes | The addition of -겠- makes expressions of the speaker's will, promise or intentions sound strong, definitive and solemn. -겠- used in such cases also indicates that the intent was formed just before or at the time of speaking. Expressions of will/ intention with -겠- are always first-person sentences. |
