Notes | -(으)세요 attaches to verb stems and expresses the meaning of '[do something], please'. It is a combination of the honorific marker -(으)시- and the informal polite style ending -아/어요. In the polite style, the -아/어요 ending itself can express imperative meanings; however, the honorific marker is commonly added when asking the listener to do something. |
