Front | 배고프지는 않은데, 입이 심심해요 |
---|---|
Back | I am not really hungry, but I need something to nibble on |
Notes | -(으)ㄴ/는데 can be used to link two clauses describing contrasting situations. Unlike the contrastive connective -지만 expressing a direct contrast between two states or events, -(으)ㄴ/는데 signals that the first statement's meaning is somehow logically related and at the same time contrastive to the meaning of the second clause. |
