Gene Desired Dna Describe Ways Isolated Isolation Restriction

Describes two ways to isolate a gene: 1) Using restriction endonucleases to cut the required gene from an organism's DNA. 2) Isolating mRNA for the desired gene and using reverse transcriptase to produce a single strand of complementary DNA.
