Tp Light Intensity Rate Decreases Atp Reduced Gp

This card explains how light intensity affects the rate of photosynthesis: lower light intensity leads to less ATP and reduced NADP, slowing down the Calvin cycle.

Bu kart, ışık yoğunluğunun fotosentez oranını nasıl etkilediğini açıklar: düşük ışık yoğunluğu, daha az ATP ve indirgenmiş NADP üretimine yol açarak Calvin döngüsünü yavaşlatır.

Front Describe how light intensity affects rate of photosynthesis.
Back Light intensity & photosynthesis:
  • Decreasing it decreases the rate of the light-dependent reaction, forming less ATP and reduced NADP
  • They are needed to convert GP to TP in Calvin cycle, if not enough ATP and reduced NADP, GP conc increases, TP conc decreases
  • RuBP will also decrease bc it requires TP to rengenerate
