Filament Explain Power Stroke Myosin Release Adp Pi

The power stroke occurs when myosin releases ADP and Pi, causing it to flex to a lower energy position and pull the thin filament along with it, thus sliding it across the thick filament.

1. Myosin release ADP and Pi & flexes to a low NRG position tugging thin filament w/ it (thin filament slides across thick filament)
