Gfr Myogenic Regulation Change Bp Falls?  Afferent Arteriole

When blood pressure falls, myogenic regulation relaxes the afferent arteriole, allowing more blood to flow into the glomerulus, thereby keeping GFR stable.

Cuando la presión arterial cae, la autorregulación miogénica relaja la arteriola aferente para permitir un mayor flujo sanguíneo al glomérulo, manteniendo estable la TFG.

Front How does myogenic regulation of GFR change when BP falls?
Back 1. Afferent arteriole relaxes (allows blood to flow more easily into the glomerulus)
2. Both reflexes ensure that GFR remains stable
