Koch's Postulates are: 1. Microbe suspected must be in every individual with the disease but absent from healthy individuals. 2. Pure culture must be possible. 3. Inoculating a healthy individual must cause illness. 4. The same microbe must be re-isolated from the newly infected individual.
Los Postulados de Koch son: 1. El microbio debe estar presente en todos los enfermos y ausente en los sanos. 2. Debe poderse cultivar un cultivo puro del microbio. 3. Al inocular a un individuo sano, este debe enfermar. 4. El mismo microbio debe ser re-aislado del individuo recién infectado.
