National Happened Mcculloch V Maryland Marshall Ruled Bank

Front What happened in McCulloch v. Maryland (1819)?
Back Marshall ruled that the National Bank was part of Congress's implied powers.  States also couldn't tax the National bank.  Supreme laws rule over state laws.
