Enzyme Substrate Site Active Non Competitive Inhibition Molecule Attach

Front What is non-competitive inhibition?
Back molecule that attach themselves to the enzyme at a binding site which is not the active site, the inhibitor alters the shape of the enzyme and thus the active site thus a substrate can no longer bind and an enzyme substrate complex is not formed.
Increasing the substrate concentration does not reduce the effect of the inhibitor.
