Sonnets End Aabb Coupled Rhyme Couplets Popular Forms

Answer couplets are often very popular in forms such as sonnets - Shakespearean sonnets always end in rhyming couplets, such as at the end of Sonnet 88 , where ‘belong’ and ‘wrong’ rhyme:
Image Such is my love, to thee I so belong
That for thy right, myself will bear all wrong .
