Acetylcholine Na+ Ca2+ Channels Open Diffuses Sarcolemma Neuromuscular

At the neuromuscular junction, an action potential triggers Ca2+ influx, causing acetylcholine release that binds to sarcolemmal receptors, opening Na+ channels and initiating depolarization along the sarcolemma and T tubules.
