Oxygen Low Unload Respiring Tissue  Produced Aerobic Respiration

In respiring tissues, hemoglobin unloads oxygen due to low O2 concentration, high CO2 concentration (from aerobic respiration), and hemoglobin's resulting low affinity for oxygen.

- CO2 produced in aerobic respiration - low O2 - high CO2 - low affinity for oxygen - haemoglobin unloads oxygen
