Probable Supported People Secure Persons Houses Papers Effects

Amendment number 4th
Amendment text The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Amendment feature 0 A warrant for a search or seizure is required. To get a warrant:
Amendment feature 1 There must be probable cause.
Amendment feature 2 It must be supported by oath.
Amendment feature 3 It must be specific about the person, place, or thing to be searched/seized.
Clause1 The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated,
Clause2 and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause,
Clause3 supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
