Library Cdna Gene Clones Carry Complementary Dna Inserts

A cDNA library contains clones with complementary DNA (cDNA) inserts, representing genes expressed in the isolated mRNA sample.

A cDNA library is a collection of cloned DNA fragments, called complementary DNA (cDNA), synthesized from messenger RNA (mRNA) isolated from a specific cell type.
