Polyp Small Growth Typically Benign Stalk Protruding Mucous

A polyp is a small, typically benign growth on a stalk protruding from a mucous membrane, or the sessile form of the cnidarian body plan (the other form being the medusa).

Polyp là (1) một khối u nhỏ, thường là lành tính và có cuống, nhô ra khỏi niêm mạc. (2) Dạng không di chuyển của kiểu cơ thể cnidaria. Dạng thay thế là medusa.
