Secretory Phase Portion Uterine Menstrual Cycle Endometrium Continues

The secretory phase is the part of the menstrual cycle where the uterine lining (endometrium) continues to thicken, becomes more vascularized, and develops glands that secrete a glycogen-rich fluid.
