Recessive Parents Offspring Allele Explain Dominant Phenotype Produce

For parents with a dominant phenotype to produce offspring expressing a recessive characteristic, both parents must be heterozygous for the recessive allele, allowing the offspring to inherit the recessive allele from each parent.
