Buyer Insolvent Seller Seller's Reclaim Goods Delivery And Provided

Text Seller's right to reclaim goods from insolvent buyer

Buyer became insolvent before delivery and seller provided a written demand within 10 days after the buyer’s receipt of the goods.

Exception: 10-day limitation does not apply if the buyer has misrepresented solvency to the seller in writing within three months before delivery.
