Question | I think she is __________________ girl in our school. |
---|---|
A | beautifuller |
B | more beautiful |
C | the most beautiful |
D | the beautifullest |
Answer | c |
Remark | We use superlative adjectives when we compare one person/one thing with several others. For most adjectives with two or more syllables we use ‘the most’ + adjective for formation of the superlative form. There are some exceptions, e.g. friendly – friendlier / the friendliest, gentle – gentler / the gentlest, funny – funnier / the funniest. |
