Cell Lymphocytes Make Hybridoma Antibody Stimulate Mouse Combined

Monoclonal antibody production involves stimulating mouse lymphocytes to make a particular antibody, combining them with a tumor cell to make a hybridoma cell, and then cloning the hybridoma cell to get lots of identical cells producing the same antibodies.

Original 1) Stimulate mouse lymphocytes to make a particular antibody
2) Lymphocytes are combined with a tumour cell to make a hybridoma cell
3) Hybridoma cell divides and makes the antibody, which are cloned to get lots of indentical cells producing the same antibodies
