Drop Add Water Layers Epidermal Tissue Place Slide

Steps to prepare a slide: 1) Add a drop of water to the middle of a clean slide. 2) Cut an onion and separate it into layers. 3) Use tweezers to peel some epidermal tissue from the bottom of one of the layers. 4) Place the epidermal tissue into the drop of water. 5) Add a drop of iodine solution to stain cells, highlighting objects within them. 6) Place a coverslip on top using a mounting needle, being careful to avoid air bubbles.
