Drop Add Water Layers Epidermal Tissue Place Slide

Original 1) Add drop of water to middle of clean slide
2) Cut an onion and seperate it out into layers
3) Use tweezers to peel some epidermal tissue from bottom of one of the layers
4) Place epidermal tissue into the drop of water
5) Add a drop of iodine solution, to stain cells, highlighting objects in them
6) Place coverslip on top using a mounting needle and being careful to avoid air bubbles
