Sugar Solutions Cylinder Measure Range Mass Cut Potato

Original 1) Cut up a potato into identical cylinders and place them in beakers with different sugar solutions
2) The concentration of these solutions should range from pure water, to a very concentrated sugar solution, with others in between
3) Measure the mass of the cylinder and then leave one cylinder in each beaker for 24 hours
4) Take them out, dry them with a paper towel and measure their masses again, this is to remove surface moistue
